ndustrial Line coatings cater to the demand for the most advanced performance from the car, motorcycle, chemical and engineering industries.

Coatings offering certified and guaranteed quality and performance, made to order in lots tested job by job, in various different colours, including metallic versions.

Each lot is identified by a specific user code and by a master standard, which is kept in the dark, in a sealed envelope, to ensure consistency between different lots over time.

Colour: clear, with glossy finish.

Uses: anti-slip properties for plastic hangers.

Performance: adhesion on many plastic, such as abs, pvc,ps, pc.

Application: by spraying, dip coating, flow coating.

Drying: very quick at ambient temperature

High performance sealant

Colour: only black.

Uses: sealant for metal, fiberglass, plastics and wood.

Performance: great adhesion, excellent elasticity, chemical resistant and overcoatable.

Application: classic cartridge form.

Drying: at ambient temperature in few minutes

Air-drying 1-pack anticorrosive primer coating for metal

Colours: many colours available.

Uses: anticorrosive primer for metal.

Performance: good adhesion, anticorrosive properties, good chemical and mechanical resistance, overcoatable.

Application: by spraying, brush or roller.

Drying: dries naturally, at ambient temperature

High performance epoxy primer for metal

Colours: white and grey.

Uses: high performance anticorrosive primer for metal. Good topcoat for interior use only.

Performance: adhesion on metal and excellent anticorrosive properties. Elastic and strong, good chemical resistance, overcoatable.

Application: spraying, brush or roller.

Drying: at ambient temperature.

Water-based epoxy primer for metal

Colours: white and grey.

Uses: water based anticorrosive primer for metal.

Performance: non toxic, great adhesion, elasticity and corrosion resistant. Good hardness and chemical resistance.

Application: only by spraying.

Drying: at ambient temperature.

Air-drying 1-pack topcoat for metal for exposure outdoors

Colours: available in many colours.

Uses: finish used in coating tools and industrial, agricultural and textile machinery, sports equipment, restoring cars and motorcycles.

Performance: good adhesion and elasticity, chemical resistant, good hardness and anticorrosive properties.

Application: by spraying, brush or roller.

Drying: dries naturally, at ambient temperature.

Air-drying dip coating for metal

Colours: only black.

Uses: suitable for dip coating systems. Industrial machynery, power tools, and metalwork in general.

Performance: good adhesion even on dirty substrate, elastic and elegant.

Application: developed for dip coating systems.

Drying: very quick at ambient temperature.

Water-based paint for flocking treatments

Colour: clear.

Uses: basic adhesive in flocking operations, sealant for plastics in sectors such as food, plumbing and electronics.

Performance: non toxic, odorless, non flammable.Great adhesion and elasticity, also on metal.

Application: by spraying, roller or brush.

Drying: very quick at ambient temperature.

Wash primer for plastic

Colour: clear.

Uses: adhesion promoter for plastic.

Performance: adhesion on PP and PE, quick drying and overcoatable.

Application: by spraying, flow coating, dip coating.

Drying: quick at ambient temperature.

High performance finish for metal, ideal for exterior use

Colours: many colours available.

Uses: great aesthetic topcoat, suitable for industrial and agricultural machinery, structural metalworks, sports equipment.

Performance: extremely high hardness and outdoor resistance. Chemial resistant and scratchproof, coloure retention and non-yellowing properties.

Application: only by spraying.

Drying: dries naturaly very quick.

Base coat and sealant for concrete

Colours: clear, white and grey.

Uses: sealant, filler and reinforcer for concrete work

Performance: wetting power, great adhesion, chemical resistance and hardness.

Application: pourable self-levelling product.

Drying: it hardens slowly, on average 6-10 hours.

Highly chemical resistant finish for metal for interior use only

Colours: available in many colours.

Uses: chemical plants, industrial machinery topcoat, workshop benches, special equipement, construction fields.

Performance: high adhesion, extremely high chemical resistance and hardness, protection against corrosion. Suitable even for cement-based surfaces and fiberglass.

Application: by spraying, brush or roller.

Drying: dries naturally at ambient temperature.

Highly chemical resistant coating for concrete

Colours: many colours available.

Uses: treatment of the inside of pipes and concrete items due to contain sewage from industrial, agricultural and municipal sources.

Performance: great adhesion,chemical resistance, anticorrosive resistance, elastic and strong.

Application: by spraying, brush or roller.

Drying: at ambient temperature.

Air-drying two-pack coating for glass

Colours: many colours available.

Uses: topcoat for glass. Suitable for design and forniture.

Performance: high adhesion, elasticity and hardness. Good overcoatibility.

Application: only by spraying.

Drying: at ambient temperature.

Air-drying two-pack high-solids filler. Base coat and sealant

Colour: only grey.

Uses: reinforcer, structuring and sealant for concrete and metalworks.

Performance: low toxicity, great adhesion on many substrate, hardness and chemical resistance.

Application: extremely high level of viscosity, applicable by trowel or by pouring.

Drying: very slowly in 10-12 hours at ambient temperature.

Air-drying 1-pack elastomeric sealant for concrete

Colour: clear.

Uses: elastomeric sealant for concrete. Waterproof joints between items used in construction.

Performance: great sealant, resistant to chemical subsatnces, elastic and easy to apply.

Application: by pouring.

Drying: naturall, at ambient temperature.

Air-drying two-pack primer for plastic

Colours: many colours available.

Uses: adhesion promoter for plastic: automotive, shipyards, design, forniture, gifts and machinery.

Performance: good adhesion on many polymers, good overcoatibility, chemical resistance and mechanical resistance. Good topcoat only for interior.

Application: only by spraying.

Drying: dries at ambient temperature.

Air-drying 1-pack water-based anticorrosive primer coating for metal

Colours: available in many colours.

Uses: water based adhesion promoter for plastic. Suitable for machinery, tools, forniture.

Performance: non-toxic and non-flammable, good adhesion and elasticity, easy to overcaoat. Good topcoat only for interior

Application: by spraying, brush or roller.

Drying: at ambient temperature.

Special two-pack high-performance finish for metal

Colours: many colours available.

Uses: high performance paint, suitable for motorcycles cilinders, frames, engine casing. Metal structures continuosly exposed to sun or aggressive environments.

Performance: extremely high level of adhesion, hardness, elasticity ann anticorrosive. Heat resistance up to 220°C.

Application: only by spraying.

Drying: at ambient temperature or oven baking.

Air-drying 1-pack water-based finish for metal

Colours: many colours available (no metallic effects)

Uses: water based topcoat for metal, forniture, frames, tools, machinery.

Performance: great adhesion and outdoor resistance. Good hardness, chemical and anticorrosive resistance.

Application: by spraying, brush or roller.
