Treatment of surfaces to be coated

Items to be coated must be treated prior to application with a jet of water or compressed air to remove loose material left over from the casting process.

Apply by spraying, using suitable equipment and automated circulation.

It’s the operator’s responsibility to choose correctly sized equipment for the job, adjusting product flow rates and air pressure to suit the machine’s specifications, iron and steel plant production rates and environmental conditions.
