Product certified and approved for its;
- resistance to temperatures as high as 600°C.
- very strong adhesion to metals.
- very easy application.
Treatment of surfaces to be coated
It’s essential to make sure the surface is thoroughly clean. Remove all traces of dirt, grease, dust, moisture and machining swarf.
Clean using degreasing agents, such as solvents or suitable detergents.
The product adheres directly to all common metals. When dealing with more difficult metals, with a smooth and reflective surface (stainless steel, pressed aluminium, brass), it’s always best to pretreat the substrate by abrasive blasting or sanding.
Application
Shake the spray can upside down for a few minutes, then point the can into the air and release a quick burst to clean the spray nozzle.
Hold the can about 40 centimetres away from the surface and spray the product on in a number of coats until you get full coverage.
It must be applied in a very thin film, never exceeding 30 microns.
Air-dries very quickly at ambient temperature.
